I. Application

II. Basic required machines
1. A set of motorized decoiler, model MT-600.
2. A set of NC servo roll feeder, model NCF-600.
3. A set of mechanical H frame high speed precision press machine (punching machine, 600 strokes 
    per minute).
4. A set of high speed punching mold (punching die). 
5. A set of motorized recoiler, model MT-600F.

III. Process of the machines
1. The decoiler can decoil above expanded polystyrene sheet coil automatically.
2. The feeder can clamp and feed the expanded polystyrene sheet forward to the press machine 
    automatically.
3. The press machine can punch for the polystyrene sheet through the mold very fast, with 260 strokes per 
    minute.
4. The punching mold can punch on the sheet by the press machine drive, with working speed 260 
    strokes per minute) 
5. After punched, the recoiler can wind the polystyrene sheet scrap to become in roll form.

IV. Advantages
1. High speed press machine is better than low speed press machine.
2. H frame press machine is better than C frame press machine.
3. Two crank press machine is better than single crank press machine.
4. Pneumatic clutch press machine is better than gear type press machine.
